Order preparation

RAZ SMOKESHOP prepares orders within 1 business day. Preparation time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.

Delivery details

Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.

Delivery questions

If an order is delayed, arrives damaged, or is missing an item, contact info@razsmokeshop.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Keep any relevant packaging and photographs so we can review what happened.

Returns within 5 days

Contact RAZ SMOKESHOP within 5 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unopened and unused.

How to request a return

Email info@razsmokeshop.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions.

Return shipping

The customer pays return shipping for eligible unopened, unused items. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking information until the return is resolved.

Refunds

We review returned items to confirm they meet the conditions above and notify you of the outcome. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method. The time for a refund to appear depends on your payment provider.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
