RAZ SMOKESHOP supports keeping tobacco and nicotine away from young people. This page explains age restrictions and provides prevention resources for families and our community.

Adults only: 21 and older

Federal law prohibits the sale of tobacco products, including e-cigarettes, to anyone under 21. Do not buy age-restricted products for anyone who is underage or help another person evade age restrictions.

Age information must be truthful

Our website displays a 21+ age notice. A website age declaration is not a substitute for any identification checks required by law. Never use another person’s identity or provide false age information.

Information for parents and caregivers
